Oak Park's Ten Thousand Villages is a fair trade, non profit retailer that is staffed almost entirely by local volunteers. Our goals are dual: to provide an affordable, international shopping experience to our local customers, and to better the circumstances of our underprivileged producers in the developing world.
Our range of exotic goods includes hand made products from Africa, India, Indonesia and South America. In addition to gifts for every occasion, we also offer a gourmet assortment of fair trade coffee, tea and chocolate.
